Short of a personal coach, this is the best tool available

As the title states, short of a (competent) personal coach, this is the best tool available to improve your skiing. Feedback is technical, but can be easily understood and exercises are on point. Is a personal coach (rather aim at highest qualification levels) even more helpful? Sure, but you won’t have a coach with you all the time at a daily rate of €500. Coach feedback, working with Carv, another session with a coach, that is the winning combination. But if I could afford just one; I would invest my money into Carv.

Ich habe Carv und nutze es auch. Ich finde es wirklich genial !! ABER 245€ zusätzlich jedes Jahr aufs Neue damit ich es überhaupt benutzen kann finde ich eine Frechheit ! Ich könnte ja noch nachvollziehen wenn ohne Abo die coaching Funktion nicht mehr geht, aber die telemetrie Daten / Winkel und meine Strecken und das Tempo weiterhin angezeigt wird (ohne Abo ) Hardware ist ja gekauft oder es eine Lite Version gibt ohne coaching für 50€ als Beispiel und ein Pro Abo mit coaching und und und . Aber das ohne teures Abo die Hardware auch nutzlos ist finde ich eine Frechheit eher schon Betrug. Sehr schade . So ein geiles Produkt wird durch so eine Masche für mich ganz schwach !!

Started skiing at 53 and I am now in my 2nd season. Besides coaches in the piste Carv helped me to analyse, understand and improve my skiing and training on- and off-piste. It is important to see own progress, but also in comparison to others.

I love Carv but the new Customer Service AI assistant is horrible

I absolutely love Carv and the app is good too, but since they have implemented a new customer service AI assistant I can’t get in touch with their customer service. I was charged too much money for my subscription this year. Since I’m not able to create a support ticket in the app, due to the AI assistant telling me: „What else can I help you with“ for everything I type in there without solving my issue or allowing me to create a ticket, please get back to me. Thank you.
