Leider hatte ich bereits mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Support Team. Die Reaktionszeiten sind extrem langsam. Beim absenden einer Email bekommt man direkt eine Eingangsbestätigung mit der Info sich mindestens 6 Tage gedulden zu müssen. Dies ist schon ein Unding bei einer App die soviel Geld kostet. Leider bleibt es dabei nicht. Zuletzt bekam ich erst nach ca. 2-3 Monaten eine Antwort. Am liebsten wäre es mit die Software würde laufen. Leider ist sie sehr fehlerbehaftet. Ich ärgere mich im Moment so viel Geld dafür ausgegeben zu haben.
