Still doesn’t show the load. I tried everything that was suggested. None of the suggestions solved the problem. Three weeks ago, a case number was assigned to my complain. Never got any reply any more.

This app is a waste of time. The load is not real-time, the data packages are limited to certain video-streaming partners who turn out to be Smart partners. Useless app, garbage network.
