I’ve been using Ladder for a while now and I can honestly say it has transformed my training, my discipline, and my overall fitness level. The structure of the programs keeps me committed, and the guidance from the Forged team especially Coach Corey has been a huge part of why I’m improving week after week.I train early in the morning and Ladder makes every session purposeful. My strength, conditioning, and overall health have all noticeably improved. I heard about ladder teams on Ben Greenfields podcast a few weeks back and since I was looking for a more personalised training app I checked it out the next day. It’s a great workout app that offers new workouts weekly that are developed by very knowledgeable coaches. Even better: the coaches interact with you personally in a private chat (form checks included!) and help you to get better at the exercises, but also give more general advice on a variety of topics (nutrition, motivation, life etc.). Plus every set and exercise is accompanied with audio coaching cues. In Short: I use the app for a few weeks now and I am hooked!
