The online experience is far better than the mobile app experience. It feels like it was made in 2010 and never updated again. The layout and lack of white space makes it really hard to quickly understand your account. Moreover, doing any sort of transaction (account transfer, stock purchase, etc) is not intuitive. I’ve used local credit union apps that were designed better than this. My advice: redesign the app from scratch, there are plenty of fintech apps that can and should be used as examples. Good design is good for all your customers.

The app does not register which amount you’re trying to deposit. It either adds or subtracts a 0. Extremely frustrating.
