Unfortunately no direct contact possible. Only by phone which is always more than time consuming due to the long waiting times. Usually not possible to solve issues within less than 20-30 minutes.App cannot book tickets with multiple destinations.Sometimes App has some bugs or inconveniences and you need someone to help. However, there is no quick support available (see above).

Using this app feels like being pushed back in time. Bulky design and the functionality is poor, really poor. I cannot stay logged in, the app doesn’t safe my flights, and when I look for flights change options I cannot really figure out what is presented in the screen. Neither can I change the date to compare. It is all so awkward and outdated, just terrible. Man, how on earth…
