I don’t see a customer first approach here. The whole business model seems flawed here, why would someone pay 100s of euros for not so organised platform. There isn’t any free trial period for new customers, there’s no way one can chat with the accepted matches, unless one pays 100s of euros. Come on Mittal sahab, being a Baniya, didn’t you think about it? Honestly, the platform is good but in order to have more genuine people using it, I’m pretty sure, only way is to offer people cheaper plans at least. There are other ways to make money, where people would happily pay, platform should offer one stop solution for planning their wedding (Shaadi just doesn’t mean finding a partner, there’s more to it), that’s where AI / Agents would come in picture. Read some posts on Reddit to get a reality check about current model you are on. Peace out ✌🏻

This App has tons of fake accounts and seems that the developer is sleeping and have no check on it. I am very disappointed. Most of the discussion with people doubts that most of Pakistani accounts are being run by Indian people who have no idea about the cultural and family matters. Once I click on connect now on a person’s profile with whom I want to connect with, the app randomly sends the same connecting message to few other random people I did not approve or wanted to match with. Its a bit creepy to think of that the app controls the messages and has a mind of its own to send unapproved messages.
