Font Size Options Need a Crucial Middle Step
Bremen Strategist
This review is purely about the app’s technical implementation – the editorial content remains top-notch.A major issue is the font size selection: The default font size (second smallest option) is noticeably too large, while the smallest one is far too tiny. The gap between these two sizes is disproportionately big, forcing users to choose between text that is either too small or excessively large. A middle option is urgently needed – this shouldn’t be too difficult to implement technically. Hopefully, a future update will address this!

Thank you for flagging this. It looks like there may be an issue with font size increases impacting timelines, rather than just article text. We're looking into this with our developers right away! We do have a middle option available now, and hope in the meantime you are able to put the sliding scale in the middle rather than using the smallest or largest options. Should you wish to reach out to us with more feedback, please contact us directly at ForeignAffairs.com/feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve, and take reader feedback like this very seriously.
Login not working
somebody who knows
I am not grading the content. I am frustrated by the app and the so called security features.Well these keep me from using the App as it refuses the login. The browser login works. The App login does not.Safari and DuckDuck both work. Safari uses the same PW key chain, as the app does.Even though the help pages refer to the app in case of problems with the login. When resetting the password you have to prove you are human over and over again. And the whole process is amazingly slow. You should get a tea before you reset the second time …or spend your time with something more valuable

Thanks for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Your same email and password will work for app login as on the website. Is it possible you have a different password saved to your browser? Connecting through a different network (e.g. home rather than a public network) should help avoid the anti-bot verification on our password reset page. If you'd like further help troubleshooting this, please reach out to us directly at support@ForeignAffairs.com. We're here to help!
