Es vergeht kein Tag, indem irgendwas nicht funktioniert. Authentifizierungen funktionieren nicht, Anträge funktionieren nicht und nichtmal automatische Pausen werden hinterlegt. App stürzt ab. Wird einmal das Stempeln vergessen, gerät das gesamte System ins Stolpern. Es gibt soviel Systeme wo es weitaus besser funktioniert (….flex zum Beispiel) und vor allem überschaubarer aufgebaut ist. Ich werde wieder händisch meine Stunden schreiben und die App löschen. Soviel Zeit kann und will ich nicht investieren, die benötige ich eher während meiner Arbeit.

Seit dem letzten Update lässt sich die Sprache von englisch auf deutsch nicht mehr ändern. Warum updatet man eine App so kaputt?

Meine Kollegen und ich bedauern die Einführung von UKG zutiefst, eines der schlechtesten Tools in diesem Segment. Wer maximale Unübersichtlichkeit und ständiges neu einrichten des Arbeitsbereich in der App bspw. mag, für den ist es sicher das richtige. Alleine bei der Bearbeitung von Zeitkarten wir mir - und dem HR - übel.
