The app should now connect more consistently, even without the official VanMoof app running. * Fixed Touch Unlock, which should now work as expected. S5 / A5 * Fixed shifting modes. Manual shifting and custom shifting are working again. S3 / X3 * Fixed the click sound that could occur when connecting. * Improved custom sound uploads. v3.21.0: A big update with lots of new features! For all users, we've added Spotify and Weather integration. You can now control Spotify directly within the app and while riding, and easily check the weather before heading out. We've also made several design improvements throughout the app. We're also introducing the first beta of the Apple Watch companion app, allowing you to access key bike information and controls directly from your wrist. For S6 users, this is a huge update. Connections are now faster and more stable. You can now view detailed battery statistics, including battery health, battery cycles, battery voltage, and main ECU battery details. We've also added bike heartbeats, estimated range, and estimated charge time. These values now come directly from the bike itself, making them more accurate than before. For SX3 users, we've added Sound Volume controls, allowing you to customize the volume of each individual sound. We've also added support for Spotify controls using your bike buttons. First app to support the S6 (Open)! MoofMate now supports the S6 (Open) fully without requiring the VanMoof app open in the background. It includes an additional light option where only the outer rings of the lights turn on. Also new in this update: - Auto speed limit for S3, X3, S5 & A5: This automatically increases and decreases your speed limit when you're around the speed limit. So at 25 km/h it automatically increases 32 km/h if possible. - In App Map: featuring your bike's last location and all the official and unofficial VanMoof partners / repair shops - Route tracking: The app tracks your route while riding and gives you an overview of the ride on the map. Implemented QR and Barcode scanner for easily bike switching. S6 & S6 Open are now out of beta. Small improvements like fixes for log in problems.

Implemented basic functionality for the S6 & S6 Open. Includes basic settings like assist level, lights, sounds and charge limit. Note that the max speed limit is 25 km/h for this model.

What's new: Improvements to ride recording which results in more rides being able to be stored. For S5 & A5 models we added the following: - Button combinations: easily change settings using you boost button. - More sensor data: temperature, torque and air quality sensors are now available in the testing menu. - Emergency unlock: allows you to unlock your S5 & A5 in cold weather conditions. Improvements to SA5 gear settings.

Added additional options to the testing menu, including heartbeats for the SA5 (beta). Added a list of all the error codes for the SX3.

Overall, we’ve made some improvements to the app. We’ve added a new notification center specifically for bike notifications and a new charging estimation feature. This feature is currently in beta for the SX3 model and allows you to get an estimate of how long it will take for your bike to be ready for use. Additionally, we’ve made some changes to the app to support more than 12 bikes in a single account. Happy riding!

With this update, MoofMate gets a major upgrade to how you manage and share your bikes. You can now manually import bikes using your credentials, disable ride recording, and access a new account page where you can accept invites or remove shared bikes. Sharing is easier too, just show a QR code and you’re set. The bike details page has been redesigned for easier management, and the app now embraces iOS 26 design elements like the new navigation bar, smoother border radius, and an overall refined look. The design has also been optimized to look great on more devices than ever. For S5 riders, connection is now more snappy and much better in the background, and current speed readings have been improved for more accurate performance.
