Building Company Tycoon is a unique business simulator about construction. Which will make you feel like the owner of a construction company. In the game you can build your own residential buildings, offices, hotels, shopping centers and even tall skyscrapers!
Your goal is to become a leader in the global market! Create truly unique projects and gain recognition around the world! Along the way of becoming a titan of the real estate market, you will have to go through global crises and improve all business processes.
Choose the name of your company, your country in which your company will be created, you will be given start-up capital and then start creating the history of a global company!
The game allows you to create the architecture of a building from scratch. You can fully realize your idea and create your ideal building. Fine-tuning the architecture and infrastructure of the building will allow you to do this.
Once you have successfully created your building, you can start construction and get feedback from different people. Thus making buildings better and better. This will allow you to sell buildings at a high price.
The game also has a rental system. You can not only create and sell your building, but also rent it out long-term!
