Version 7.2.0 NEW • Most reported here: sort the Birds list by how often each bird is reported where you are • A coloured signal meter shows how often each bird is reported nearby. Tap it to see what it means • Filter birds by how often they are reported, also on target lists • The menu is now a Settings screen, in five groups: Account, Preferences, Your data, Help and About the app • Each setting shows its current value, with its own screen for Appearance, Language, Notifications and Start-up • Tap your name to open Account: see how you signed in, change your email, log out or delete your account • The app version shows at the foot of Settings IMPROVED • When a search finds nothing, Clear filters names the filters that are on • Settings reads cleanly with VoiceOver and at large text sizes FIXED • Location presets fall back to the map when location access is off • Your latest lifer ignores sightings marked as not counting

Fixes for the Kruger Info section: • Tapping a section card now opens that section, not the one below it. • The Drive tab now loads the birding drives for the camp you're viewing, instead of staying on the camp page. • Text weights render correctly across the app. Thanks to everyone who wrote in.

What's new in 6.0.0 NEW: INFO TAB • A dedicated Info section with park guides and reference material, built into the app. • PDFs open reliably and stay readable in dark mode. • Larger, easier-to-tap thumbnails when browsing pages. YOUR SIGHTINGS • Fixed an issue where sightings that weren't in a list could be missing from your lifelist. All your records should now be visible, with correct totals. LISTS • Create and import lists directly from the Lists tab. • Location filtering now works throughout the app. LOOK & FEEL • Improved contrast in dark mode. • A tidier, better-aligned navigation bar. UPDATED DATABASE • New species added • Updates on species names

Fixed a critical bug where editing an existing sighting would create a duplicate entry in the list instead of updating the original Fixed an issue where edited sighting data (notes, dates, etc.) wouldn't refresh immediately in the list view after saving Fixed a bug where saving a sighting while offline would leave users stuck on the edit screen

Location filter now works for all Southern African countries using SABAP2 data. We squashed a few bugs.

Complete Location-Based Bird Filtering System: Are you overwhelmed by 600 species staring at you and you wished you could narrow it down to just those you might probably see? Are you planning a trip and want to know which lifers you might get? Then this is for you! Improved search accuracy. (You can now find those Böhm's Spinetails much easier) Fixed a bug that prevented updated info showing on the sightings after one has been saved.
