SUBSCRIPTION
Barebone Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or turn off auto-renew anytime in account settings under Manage Subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited on purchase.

Hey, I have been using the app and just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the portfolio tab, I love the app overall but it would be nice to have a option to add a second portfolio for example in my case I would use one on my own saving and one for managing my family’s savings.

Hi Wheepy3, thanks so much for the kind words and the thoughtful feedback! Supporting multiple portfolios (e.g. personal vs. family) is something we have on our roadmap, and we'll pass this along to the engineering team to help prioritize it. In the meantime, we're also currently testing a beta feature that lets you import your portfolio directly from supported brokerages ( aiming for full release in June), it's not quite the same as having a second portfolio, but it might be useful to you as we keep building toward that. I did not find much value in this app but my yearly subscription got triggered. I raised a ticket to change it to monthly plan so that i can pay for a month and then cancel it but they say it’s not possible. I am disappointed with service

Hi Rg5625, thanks for the feedback and sorry the outcome was frustrating. As we shared over email when you first reached out in June, Barebone subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple, so we're unable to switch or refund plans on our side, and we included the steps to change plans through iPhone Settings. Since a plan switch only takes effect after the current billing period ends, the best path for your situation is a refund request directly with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple is usually responsive to these. We've followed up by email as well and are happy to help further.
