Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor
I developed this Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor because I wanted to collect heart rate data from my Coros arm band heart rate monitor while practicing martial arts. With my iPhone in the same room (within Bluetooth BLE4+ range), the app records heart rate data at my chosen interval and syncs it to Apple Health. It should work with any 3rd party BLE4+ heart rate monitor device.
Features include:
- Auto-start recording when the app launches
- Auto-reconnect if device goes out and back into range
- Runs in the background (while you are training)
- Battery percentage display (if supported by your device)
- Simple line graph showing recent heart rate readings
- Syncs with Apple Health
- New - Recording frequency expanded to 60 seconds
- New - set min/max heart rate and now colour coded graph (Blue: Below Min, Green: Min-Max, Red: above Max).
- New - Displays the graph as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and heart rate on Dynamic Island when in background

1. Live Activity support for the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, including a colour-coded heart-rate trend and connection-loss alerts.
2. Updated the frequency maximum to 60 seconds (1-60 seconds).
3. Added saved minimum and maximum BPM thresholds.
4. Colour-coded heart-rate (Blue: Below Min, Green: Min-Max, Red: above Max).
5. Adaptive chart sizing.
6. Activity log now displays newest entries first.
