It features an 8-voice polyphonic engine, with each voice containing two independent wavetable oscillators and a pair of FM operators. This version rebuilds and improves the audio engine.
• Rebuilt wavetable oscillators: high notes are clean, low notes are smooth, and wavetable morphing has no steps.
• Much lighter on the CPU.
• FM with non-integer ratios now sounds clean and stable.
• XY pad: no jump when you start to drag, and the LFO fades out smoothly.
• Standalone: external pitch bend now works, Bluetooth MIDI, and audio at your device's sample rate.
• Files in iCloud now download automatically.
• New Import button, and pull down to scan again.
• Files with similar names (like "Saw" and "Saw 2") are no longer skipped.
• New settings screen and a refreshed interactive tutorial.
• Many stability fixes.
NOTE
Your presets and projects load as before, but they sound cleaner with the new engine.
Sounds that use an LFO now move more, because the LFO depth matches the knob.
Turn the LFO Amount down to get the old feel.
