This update brings significant improvements to the live location sharing feature. Users can now control exactly who sees their location on the event map by choosing between broadcasting to everyone at the event or sharing only with selected attendees. Location sharing now correctly continues when the app is minimized in the background, and ghost pins from users who have closed the app automatically fade away after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Discover more in your feed your feed now surfaces expiring stories, suggested Reels (Pulse) and "People you may know" cards as you scroll, so you find new creators without leaving the feed. Reels start muted: audio in Reels now starts off by default; tap the mute button to turn it on. No more unexpected sound when scrolling.
