Corner complications set to Curved text now show their text. Before, they showed the "+ Custom" placeholder.

You now build complications in Home Assistant. The Wrist Assistant panel in your sidebar has the editor, with layers, charts, icons and rules, and the watch pulls your designs directly. It needs Wrist Assistant integration 3.0 or later, and only a Home Assistant administrator sees the panel. The iPhone app no longer has a complication editor. Complications you built before move to Home Assistant on their own. They stay on your watch faces with the same names, so there is nothing to add again. Open Wrist Assistant on your watch once to finish the move. After that, edit them in the panel. The same panel now builds Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets for your iPhone. Add them from the widget gallery under Wrist Assistant. Complication Toggle and Complication Button controls are there too, for Control Center and the Action button. Complications are free on every tier now. The limit of one complication and the paywall on custom icons are both gone. If you remove a watch or iPhone from Wrist Assistant in Home Assistant, its complications move to Unassigned in the panel and leave that device the next time it syncs. Link them to a device again from the panel. Each complication picks one shape. Complications already on your face keep working. To add a new one, pick it by name under Wrist Assistant Circular, Rectangular, Corner or Inline in the watch face picker. If Wrist Assistant is missing from the watch face picker right after you update, restart your Apple Watch. The watch needs one restart to see the new complication shapes.

Notification buttons now update instantly and repeat taps work. Media buttons gain a volume bar and mute. Buttons can open their quick controls on arrival with the new Open expanded toggle (integration 1.1.26).

- Fixed the watch showing as connected while it had quietly stopped receiving updates, after switching between your local and remote address. - Your Music Assistant library now loads when you have more than one Music Assistant set up. Before, a failed or empty one could win and the library looked empty. - Tapping a camera complication now allows enough time for the snapshot to arrive, instead of showing a failure mark on slower cameras. - The radial menu no longer comes back stuck open after a relaunch. - The refresh line after a wrist raise now clears as soon as the watch confirms the screen is up to date, instead of on a fixed timer. - Wrist raises, scrolling and page switching are faster, and the app uses less power while the grid is hidden behind a menu or a sheet.

- You can now browse your entities by room. Every entity picker has a Rooms section, so adding tiles, building status pages and setting up macros no longer means walking every domain list. - Long domain lists collapse to a few cards behind a "Show all" row. - Stepped controls like thermostats now have minus and plus buttons, so you can tap to an exact value. - One Digital Crown click now moves exactly one step on climate and number controls. Before, some clicks did nothing at all. - The value labels at each end of an arc control are centred properly. - Pages with camera tiles are smoother. - Tiles draw faster on the watch.

- The watch app opens faster and you can tap tiles much sooner. - Scenes, scripts and buttons work right away, without waiting for live data. - Tap a tile too early and you now get a small nudge instead of nothing. - Tiles come back the way you left them after closing the app. - A thin line at the top of the screen now shows when fresh data is on the way. - Reopening the app recovers much faster when the watch connection is not ready yet, instead of sitting on stale values or showing offline for far too long. - Loading spinners no longer freeze part way round. - Tapping a tile no longer stalls while the tap sound loads. - Tap sounds keep up with fast dial and slider drags. - Page switching is smoother. - Pull to refresh and sync animations no longer stutter. - The green sync flash only shows when your iPhone sends a real change. - Complication data loads in one request instead of one per entity. - Tiles that never get a state are dimmed but still tappable. - Album art uses less memory.

- Person tiles and detail views now show a contact's real Home Assistant profile photo instead of the generic silhouette, with a new Photo/Icon picker if you'd rather choose (requires integration 1.1.24+). - New opt-in automatic iCloud backups, once toggled on, quietly save your configuration on changes, in the background, and at launch, with their own restorable history and an optional password-protected sensitive-data mode. - Notification snapshots can now use any image entity, not just cameras, and are tappable on the watch to open the full-screen view where you can pull a fresh frame and zoom in. - You can now pick which installed watch voice reads your Assist replies, grouped by language with quality badges and a preview for each. - To-do items no longer briefly flash back to their old state after you complete or delete them. - Fixed a case where completing or removing a to-do could send an invalid request to Home Assistant. - Family Sharing now repairs your Pro access automatically when you open the paywall, with a clearer Restore hint. - More reliable audio handling so voice clips finish and send properly even when other audio is playing.

- NEW: Macros - Build multi-step tile actions in a full iPhone editor — chain device controls, HTTP actions, waits, conditional steps, and even nested macros. Start from the recipe gallery, validate as you go, and test runs right on your phone. Macros run on the watch with a live progress sheet, run history, and per-tile options (auto-close + run-silently), and sync automatically between phone and watch. - NEW: Voice Clip Actions — record a clip on your watch and POST it to any endpoint. Great for Whisper transcription, voice notes, and automations — and it works inside Macros too. - Watch setup now auto-recovers from the "bearer previously rejected" loop instead of getting stuck. - Pull-to-refresh no longer waits on camera snapshots, so it returns right away. - Family share upgrade available - Status pages: fix group-count/dynamic-list active detection for mode domains

- New Feature: Webhooks. Send notifications straight to your iPhone and Apple Watch from any web service, with interactive buttons, quick replies, per-message sounds, and more. (The companion Wrist Notifier watch app for instant 1s delivery to the watch is coming soon.) - Fixed a false "Server unreachable" banner that could linger after reconnecting. - Various polish and stability improvements.

- Connect multiple Home Assistants. Add more than one home and switch between them right from your watch. Complications, notifications, and pages can all be set up per home. - Fresh new look. A refined charcoal color scheme for better readability. - New slide-up quick settings. Press the Settings icon in the bottom bar and slide your finger up — a quick menu pops up, and you lift off on the option you want. Pick which options it shows in Settings. - Remember your backup password. Backups can now reuse your saved password (keychain) instead of asking every time. - Show release notes changelog on the HACS update sheet after tapping the iOS update banner - Family Sharing Pro option - Many bug fixes and improvements.

- Per-tile decimal rounding for numeric sensor values (Defaults to 1. Ex: 98.5). - Per-state icon preview for lock show lock/unlock variant properly. - Live camera stream in watch notification - Live notification stream honors Camera Framing settings

Dashboard Tiles * Dashboard page tiles can now show a different icon and/or color for each entity state, such as open, closed, opening, closing, locked, unlocked, or unavailable. * Added a new per-state tile icons section in tile icon settings. * Added a new “Dim When Off” per-tile option. Turn it off to keep a tile at full color and brightness even when the device is off. * Weather tiles now show larger, easier-to-read forecast text by default. * Added a new Weather tab in the page editor to adjust forecast text size from 100–200% or hide condition icons per tile. Live Cameras & Notifications * Live camera notifications on iPhone: Expand a camera notification with a long press or slide down, and the snapshot upgrades to a live stream right inside the notification. * Added a new “Live stream on iPhone” toggle in the blueprint’s Camera section, so you can keep the original moment-of-event snapshot instead. * Faster camera streaming: The live camera loading spinner now clears as soon as the first fresh image arrives. HTTP Actions * Variables with quick values can now skip text input entirely. * Turn on “Quick values only” and the watch will show a full-screen tappable list of your values instead of the keyboard. Watch Setup * Improved watch setup reliability. If your watch can’t reach Home Assistant directly, your iPhone now completes the setup automatically. Thermostats * Fixed setting the temperature on thermostats that use separate heat/cool setpoints, common with Zigbee and zigbee2mqtt models. Home Assistant Logs * Fixed repeated failed-login entries in Home Assistant logs after credentials changed. Edit Page Improvements * Improved separation between settings sections on the edit page.

NEW: HTTP Action Tiles Fire your own custom HTTP requests/webhooks straight from your watch! • Any URL, method, headers & body, or just paste a cURL command to build it instantly • Dynamic {{variables}} that prompt you when you run them • Run from tiles, Quick Menus, hold-slide gestures, widgets/complications, and Siri / iPhone Shortcuts • Live value tiles show a value from the response on the tile, auto-refreshing, with stale-value warnings • Pull values from JSON, headers, or regex • Auth: easy-auth, self-signed certs, and opt-in mTLS client certs Camera improvements • Snapshots now load progressively. Each camera appears the moment it's ready • No more black tiles on cold open. Your last image shows instantly • Loading dots + configurable load speed Backups • Password-encrypted backup option • iCloud Quick Backup now keeps a rotated history iPhone Shortcuts • All entity-control intents now work on iPhone too Fixes • Better cover-tile badges, faster watch sync (compressed), + several small bug fixes

- Added client certificate (mTLS) support for connecting to Home Assistant behind a certificate-protected reverse proxy or Cloudflare. - Picking 'no icon' for tiles now displays properly

- Fix watchOS Siri/Shortcuts hijacking HA Call Service action - Gate cover controls on supported_features (position/open/close/stop)

- Updated dashboard header buttons to look a bit nicer and added a Settings shortcut menu to the top right. (long press for quick hold slide picking). - Dashboard header buttons, left to right: - Watch shows your watch sync status. Green means it's connected and ready to sync. Tap it for sync info. - Wifi / Cellular tells you how your phone is reaching Home Assistant. Wifi is your Local URL, cellular is your Remote URL. Tap to jump into Connection settings. - Setup Check runs a quick health check on your connection and setup. Tap it anytime to run it again. - Compact / Expand switches your page rows between compact and roomy. - Settings opens the quick menu. Press and slide to select one in a single motion, or tap a row to pick it. In there, you'll find Setup Check, Connection, Force Sync, Watch Settings, Control Center, Status Pages, Notification Style, Camera Snapshot Framing, Voice Settings, and Backup & Restore (for now)(lmk if you want something else in there). - Setup Check tweaks - Collapsed rows now show a page preview - Fixed weird animation after onboarding - Hardened initial sync from iPhone to Watch

- Per-entity Quick Menus. Until now, your press-and-hold radial was shared by every entity of a type — every light got the same menu, every lock got the same menu. Now you can give a single entity its own custom radial. Set your living room lamp up with brightness, color, and a "Movie Night" scene, while every other light keeps the simple on/off menu. It's especially handy for the trigger-entity action, which fires one fixed target: point your bedside lamp's menu at a "Goodnight" scene, or your front door's at a "lock + arm alarm" automation — something that was meaningless when the whole light or lock type shared one menu. New menus start as a clone of the type menu, so you only tweak what's different. - Fixed the thermostat dial showing the target value in place of the live reading — the current room temperature (and current humidity) now appear beneath the setpoint again on all climate control screens. - Turning the Digital Crown now reliably adjusts volume, humidity, seek position, and other dials across the app. Finger slide always works as well.

- Smart pages now show user-configured home assistant names instead of direct entity names - Show entity name below all arc slider setting pages on watch (can be toggled in watch settings) - Added change log link in settings for users who care - Removed critical option from the integration notification blueprint - Setup Check tweaks - watch to iPhone bootstrap deadlock fix for new installs

- Notifications (Normal and Camera Snapshots) are now way faster — basically instant. Give them a try using the 'Watch Notification' script blueprint in HomeAssistant. - New "Snapshot quality" picker in the notification blueprint (Sharpest, Balanced, Fast). FYI: picking your camera's "Fluent" snapshot over "Clear" makes the biggest difference in load speed for snapshot notifications - Plain text notifications no longer get swallowed - Fixed the complication auto-refresh bug so complications stay up to date on their own if you choose - Setup wizard now shows your watch, iPhone, and integration versions, and flags when your watch is still catching up after an update (resolves on its own) - Fixed some other bugs and made some other improvements

- Faster, smoother cameras. Live camera views now appear much faster and play back more smoothly, with quality that adjusts automatically to your connection. Reopening a camera or tapping a camera notification is more reliable, too. - More flexible complications. List-style complications can hide the icon and/or label for a cleaner, value-focused look, and rectangular rows line up more neatly. List items in the list view can now set a tap action. New complications and customizations coming soon! - Reliability fixes. Fixed a freeze when editing a multi-entity complication row, made rapid settings changes sync more reliably to the watch, and kept the watch more responsive while syncing. - Tons of other tweaks and performance improvements.

- Setup Check redesigned: one page, clear sections, smoother animations, and a green checkmark when everything's good - New manual tests: send a test notification, try a camera snapshot, and check camera streaming - New Full Diagnostic in Settings for deeper checks (push, backup URL, clock drift, widget credentials, and more) - Notification images load more reliably and no longer leave blank space - Watch camera streams tap-to-dismiss instantly and close when you background the app - New "Reset View on Exit" setting brings you back to the main page next time you open the watch app - Faster watch app launch - Fewer false "Not connected" warnings - Some other stuff

Faster notifications, richer alerts, and camera snapshots in notifications! Notifications now reach your wrist in about a second when your iPhone is nearby. Choose your delivery style in the new Notifications settings: - Fast (default): mirrored through your phone for near-instant, full-styled alerts with haptics. - Reliable: always delivered straight to the watch, even when you're away from your phone. Wrist Assistant notifications on iPhone now expand into the same rich, interactive interface as the watch, with tap-to-act buttons, live state badges, and your chosen styling. Camera notifications got a big upgrade: - Tap a snapshot to jump straight into the live stream, even from a cold start. - A redesigned per-camera framing editor lets you pan, zoom, pick the stream to open, and send a real test notification to preview the result. - Sharper snapshots and smoother live-stream loading. Also in this release: - Reorganized settings with a dedicated Notifications hub. - Onboarding can offer your previously used Home Assistant addresses from iCloud, so there's no retyping (your credentials are never stored). - Clearer notification setup guidance and reliability improvements. Faster delivery and camera snapshots require the latest Home Assistant integration (v1.1.12+); update it via HACS.

- Cameras now refresh when you open the app, not just when you swipe between pages. Previously, the refresh-on-open setting only fired on page change, so opening the app (or tapping a complication) onto a camera page left you looking at a stale snapshot.

New: Trigger Entity: A new action that lets a tile control a different entity than the one it's showing. For example, hold your camera tile and have one of the radial buttons toggle a light, or swipe on a sensor tile to lock the door. Before, tiles could only act on their own entity (or run a scene/script). Works anywhere you set actions. The radial menu and hold+slide directions. Your existing Run Scene and Run Script buttons keep working and quietly upgrade to the new system the next time you edit them. - Open Page complication can now target hidden pages — must have a Peek Page tile already pointing at the hidden page - fix conditional complication background to have OLED black background option. - Trigger Entity slot: fire a service on any entity from any tile (works in radial slots and hold+slide). Replaces Run Scene / Run Script; old slots migrate automatically. - Confirm-on-release option for Trigger Entity slots — see the resolved entity + action before it fires. - Hold+slide hover now shows the real action and entity name (e.g. "Activate Movie Night", "Open Garage") instead of a generic label that overflowed for long names. - Long-pressing the settings tabs and tapping reset clears all their fields on the edit page. - Other stuff

- Peek pages now have a per-tile "Skip Open/Close Animation" toggle that snaps the overlay in/out instead of sliding. - Peek-depth dots fade out as you scroll, matching the page title. - Setup Check now only auto-fires on major version bumps (v2→v3, etc.), not every App Store update. - Setup Check pill shimmer is twice as fast. - Connection check in Settings now times out after 5s instead of hanging. - About page shows just the version number (no build number).
