No account required. Intero does not store your symptom or Apple Health data on its servers. MADE FOR PELVIC, BLADDER, AND URINARY SYMPTOMS Intero is built for people tracking symptoms related to interstitial cystitis, CPPS, overactive bladder, pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis-related pelvic symptoms, prostatitis, urinary urgency, frequency, bladder pain, pelvic pain, pressure, burning, flare-ups, and symptoms that still do not have a clear name. It is not a generic symptom tracker, mood journal, or basic bladder diary. Intero is designed around symptoms that change, come back, and get harder to explain when everything lives in memory, notes, spreadsheets, or appointment fragments. WHAT INTERO HELPS YOU DO • Check in once per day, even during a flare-up • Track daily symptom scores, flare-ups, and surrounding context • Connect Apple Health for optional sleep, movement, heart rate, workout, and cycle context • Learn how pelvic and bladder symptoms are commonly described and studied • Review your symptom history over time • Notice what changed before symptoms got worse • Export a clearer symptom history for appointments WHY TIMING MATTERS Pelvic and urinary symptoms do not always line up neatly with what happened that same day. Sleep, stress, sitting, food, activity, cycle timing, workouts, and other context can appear before symptoms get worse in ways that are difficult to hold in your head. Intero helps keep that history organized, so potential patterns have a better chance of becoming visible over time. PATIENT-FOUNDED, RESEARCH-INFORMED Intero is patient-founded. Its plain-language education draws on published research about how pelvic, bladder, and urinary symptoms are understood and managed. The app does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what to do. It helps you organize your own symptom history alongside general education, so symptoms that keep coming back can become easier to understand and explain. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No Intero account is required. Intero does not store your symptom or Apple Health data on its servers. Apple Health access is optional, and you can use Intero without connecting it.
