What increasingly bothers me about Kairosoft games is that they always use the same structure of broad themes that you gradually unlock. In this case, it’s things like “Natural Shelf,” “Cool Shelf,” or “Cute Shelf.” It makes the games repetitive because these categories feel arbitrary and every game ends up following the same formula.Just look at the individuality of Convenience Stories as a positive example. You could even create shelf combos, which made organizing products by theme much more meaningful and individual. It encouraged you to experiment and actually think about how to build your store. That system was great. Unfortunately, Kairosoft has lost some of that charm in their newer games.

am playing the game basically non stop for three days. gameplay is nothing new, but I like the setting and that you can actually train early game staff to the same level of late game staff
