See how your reserve is worked out: a new How Stressy works page (Settings, or How it works next to Behind the number) explains how sleep fills it and the day drains it. And tap Why under the bedtime coach to see its suggestion step by step: your evening, falling asleep, the night's recharge and your usual wake-up.

After midnight Stressy now moves straight on to the new day, even when it stayed open in the background. Steps and distance match the Health app's own totals.

Steps and distance now match the Health app exactly: Stressy counts each day the way Health does, with your iPhone and Apple Watch merged once. The last 7 days use the same totals.

New in 1.1 • Steps and distance, hour by hour and across the week, with new Steps and Distance widgets • Sleep stages: deep, core and REM through the night, and how your body recovered • Workouts: the route on a map, pace, heart rate zones and what each one cost your reserve • Share your steps, sleep or a workout as a story video or image, made on your iPhone Your health data still never leaves your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Stressy now runs on iOS 26 and watchOS 26, so even more iPhones and Apple Watches can show your reserve. Background updates also stay smooth on every version.

More precise mornings. Your reserve now recharges overnight the way your body does: quickly after a draining evening and more gently as it nears full, so a great night wakes you in the high 80s and one unusual reading asleep can't inflate your morning.
