Excellent to teach bilingual child to read, but constant technical issues

I’m using this to teach my bilingual 7yr old to read in English. The games and explanations are excellent. However, the sound keeps failing - whenever the app is accidentally closed and reopened or sometimes mid game. I’ve also just had to completely reload the app as it has frozen on a blank screen. I’d expect better technical quality for €15 a month…

My 4 going on five year old has already mastered the alphabet, numbers and 3-4 letter words and some sentences. My mum, a primary teacher of 50 years recommended it and its one of the best tools to help learn to read and write. One of the things I love is that they use a variety of english accents, including American, Australian and of course gorgeous English. For him its a treat as we relax screen time for this and if course the equally excellent numberblocks. Get it!!!!

I never normally leave reviews but this is such as good app. My son loves going though the lessons and is having fun whilst learning. I would highly recommend for any child learning to read.

Not working...

So far the app is not working on my iPhone 7 or IPad. We can’t access anything. It has my child’s name and a padlock - shall contact the company as we’ve signed up and received the receipt via Apple but currently no access. If this is remedied then I will remove the review but definitely this is not a good start.
