I am sharing this post to prove how unprofessional and disrespectful this company is! I have ordered this water dispenser and was surprised by how low and disrespectful their quality control is! It had water residue on top and is completely damaged from the back! This is supposedly an international company! How can you disrespect and fool your costumers like that! Not to mention how quite a process it was to finally receive the shipment.When I contacted the Costomer service they did not help me in any way to make it up to me. They only have only put my return request today to their system even though I have requested it yesterday! I am so disappointed by their unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness and cannot tolerate to be disrespected like that and not even be fairly compensated!!
