This app can only be used in connection with an innovaphone PBX.
The combination of iMac or MacBook and innovaphone myApps enables maximum flexibility.

Unglaublich unstabil
Zusammenspiel mit iPhone 11 ist unterirdisch. 9 von 10 Anrufe können nicht entgegen genommen werden. Es klingelt, doch nimmt man ab, ist die App verschwunden. Öffnet man die App, sitzt man vor einem schwarzen Bildschirm und muss zunächst die App wieder schließen und dann erneut öffnen, um zu erfahren, welcher Teilnehmer es denn versucht hat, einen zu erreichen, um zurückzurufen….
Beim Rückruf jedoch ist die Gefahr groß (wenn man das Handy „wie früher“ nutzt und an das Ohr hält), dass die eigene Backe wieder auflegt, da der Bildschirm sehr häufig nicht wie bei einem Telefonat üblich in den Ruhezustand wechselt.
Es ist zum verzweifeln…bei jedem Update hofft man auf Besserung, aber gepatcht werden wohl immer nur irrelevante Funktionen.
App super, funktioniert momentan nicht einwandfrei
An sich ist die App ja super, nur seit dem letzten Update klingelt die App am Handy nicht mit, wenn das Telefon klingelt.
Wenn man sich in der App befindet und diese grad auf dem Bildschirm hat, dann klingelt es auch hier. Sonst nicht, obwohl angeblich eine Verbindung besteht. Brauche dringend Hilfe.

Kein PUSH und Verzögerung
Leider funktioniert Push nicht mehr. Dazu kommt noch das der Verbindungsaufbau teilweise bis zu 5 Sekunde dauert. Dann hat die Gegenseite schon wieder aufgelegt.
Viel zu viel unwichtiger spielkram ist in der App verbaut. Das telefonieren sollte wieder mehr in den Fokus gestellt werden.
