App Description The Instagut app’s algorithm reads the subtle changes in your bio data and, based on scientific research findings, provides results about your instinctual reaction/response to anything that you put your mind to. Gain confidence when making decisions by tapping into your gut-instinct, proved by scientific studies in the fields of biology and neuroscience. Personalized Analysis: Calculating your resting heart rate. Source Data: Ensuring privacy by granting access to the HealthKit or CareKit data (for Apple Watch users). How it works: Download the app and grant access to your HealthKit or CareKit (for Apple Watch users). Place your index-finger on the camera-lens on the back of your phone, to calculate your heart rate. Think of a question and/or something that you need to make a decision on and tap on the app to start. Keep thinking of your question and keep your index finger on the camera-lens on the back of your phone until the app completes its calculations. The results will be shown on the screen as Yes, No, or Maybe, depending on your internal gut-instinct reaction to your question. In addition to your gut-instinct responses, the app recommends YouTube and TikTok videos, based on your results. Note: If you do not have an Apple Watch, you need to do a one-time calibration before using the app. To calculate your resting heart rate and your baseline heart rate variability, the app needs permission to access your HealthKit and CareKit (if you are an Apple Watch user). Note: All results are for entertainment and educational purposes.
