Messaging Funktion is chaotic.

The messages appear in a completely wrong order, impossible to follow a chat properly. Old messages are marked as „sending“ again when opening the App later. No control if messages are sent properly. Customer Support says that an update is coming soon, but this does not happen! Other functions are ok.

Utter crap app

Crashes regularly, slow, phonebook unusable, Firewall settings unusable. What was quality assurance thinking when they let this app pass?

Good device, App has some room for improvement

First of all, it is a new device and a new app. So bugs and drawback are not uncommon and I hope Iridium will read these reviews and take them seriously. This device is working quite good and does what it promised (except the quite fast battery depleting…).
Regarding voice quality and lost connections there are known issues with satellite phones. But with the device having good reception I lost several calls by crashed apps or loosing the connection between the device and the smartphone.
Because it is relayed by wifi the voice quality is impaired by that as well in my opinion.
SMS worked fine, Twitter I did not try. See also my review on the mail and web app.
