Ich habe die App schon seit 2013 und vor kurzem ein technisches Problem. Support per Mail kontaktiert und trotz Wochenende innerhalb von 30 Minuten eine Antwort. Mein Problem war in kürzester Zeit behoben und der Support sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich jederzeit empfehlen! Dazu funktioniert die App einwandfrei und ohne Fehler, ist sehr übersichtlich und tut, was sie soll...
Bester Passwortmanager 👍
Seit Jahren nutze ich den Passwortmanager von Keeper und ich wurde bis heute nicht enttäuscht. Die Schwächen beim Browser Add-in macht Keeper bei der Nutzung auf iPhone/iPad wieder gut.
Was noch fehlt ist die Möglichkeit ein Passwort versiegelt zu hinterlegen, wenn dann ein Familienmitglied / Berechtigter dieses nutzt, sollte das aufgebrochene Siegel zeigen wann und wer das hochvertrauliche Kennwort genutzt hat. Diese Funktion fehlt mir noch privat und geschäftlich. Weiter so Keeper Team 👍😀
Guter Safe für wichtige Informationen
Ich bin von dem altbewährten, aber nicht mehr weiter entwickelten !Secret zu Keeper umgestiegen. Hier verwalte ich nicht nur Passwörter, sondern auch wichtige Dokumente. Diese kann ich z.B.auch als Foto ablegen, was ein großer Vorteil ist.
Sehr vorteilhaft finde ich auch, dass ich unter Anmerkungen eine beliebige Menge Text ablegen kann. Leider kann ich diesen Text allerdings nicht formatieren, z.B. fett, unterstrichen, Schriftart, Schriftgröße und Schriftfarbe etc., was sehr schade ist.
Außerdem wünschte ich mir von Keeper bessere Informationen oder Tutorials in deutscher Sprache. Der Support reagiert sehr schnell, kompetent und zuverlässig.
