Tourist info gave us a link where we can buy KTX tickets (letskorail). It worked until the day we were about to take the train. The webpage refused to display the tickets telling me that they were bought using korailtalk. Good luck I had a screenshot showing our seats. Entering the credentials in the app did not help by the way. Whenever changing the language to some other language made the app open the webpage. Back to step one. Jesus Christ. Korail could not help. Tried to buy another ticket today using the app. Of course (?!!?!!) it did not work. Apart from functionality the developers might want to consider working on the user interface. In order to get a ticket we had to travel 45 mins to the KTX station, spend half an hour at the station and drive back another 45 minutes. Wasted 2 hours where it could habe been done in about 10 mins or less.

· Korailtalk has been renewed as KORAIL+. · We have improved the train ticket reservation and issuance services for greater convenience. · Service stability has been improved.
