You can now link your Apple Health data to the app. This allows us to calculate and display your Average Heart Rate and Calorie Burn directly within your Calendar workout log. Please note: This requires permission for the app to access Health data and a connected heart rate sensor during the workout. 4) Smart Exercise Alternatives: Gain flexibility in your training.
