App not working

How can the app even pass the Apple Tests? It’s connecting with my mask and then I get an error message „App is not available. We are preparing.“ But during loading screen I can see the functionalities in background till error occurs. Please fix this soon, I really love my PuriCare mask but didn’t expect this kind of problems with a (normal) reliable company like LG.
I am also available with TestFlight access if you need customers as beta testers 😉
