LineKeeper Up puts your plant's maintenance system (CMMS) in every technician's pocket. Open a work order, take a photo, log your time and parts, get it approved and close it out, even where there is no signal. The app is the phone side of LineKeeper Up. It connects to the LineKeeper Up server that runs inside your own plant, on a Mac on your network (free, linekeeper.net/up). Your data stays on your server; LineKeeper does not receive it. You need that server before the app can show you anything. WHAT YOU AND YOUR TEAM CAN DO • Work orders with photos, comments, checklists, a timer, labour, parts, signatures, approvals and a full history. • Report a problem in seconds: scan the QR code on a machine, describe it, add a photo. Requesters follow the status of what they reported. • Preventive maintenance by calendar or by meter, and inspection rounds over several assets. • Assets with a hierarchy, locations, QR labels, documents, downtime history and reports. • Parts and storerooms with minimum levels, and parts used on every work order. • Four roles, from requester to administrator, so everyone sees what they need. • English and Spanish. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR The app keeps its own copy of your data and a queue of your changes. Work in a dead spot behind the machines; everything syncs by itself when the phone is back in range of the plant network or your VPN. SIGNING IN Your administrator invites you with a code or a QR code. Scan it once and the app remembers the server. It checks the server's certificate the first time and refuses to talk to any other server afterwards. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account with us, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Everything lives on your plant's server and in the app's own storage on your phone. GETTING STARTED 1. Install the free LineKeeper Up server on a Mac in your plant (linekeeper.net/up) and follow the setup assistant. 2. Open this app and scan the QR code the assistant shows. 3.
