Ich habe die App von meinem Freund empfohlen bekommen und bin vom ersten Tag der Nutzung an begeistert. Jede Wanderung wird aufgezeichnet, jeder LoPoint wird mit der Kamera festgehalten. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Entwickler hart am Upgrade für Apple-User arbeiten. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr gespannt und hoffe, dass ich meine App bald vollumfänglich nutzen kann. Wichtige Ergänzungen für mich wären die km-Angaben. Zum einen, dass ich bei der Planung sehen kann wie lange eine Strecke ist und zum anderen, wie viele Gesamt-km ich schon gemeistert habe. Außerdem fände ich es sinnvoll, wenn man die Strecke um LoPoints ergänzen könnte, die nicht verzeichnet sind, zum Beispiel Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Gut, aber eingeschränkter Funktionsumfang

die App finde ich an sich super. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit, Touren in Ordnern zu verwalten, die ich einzeln ein- und ausblenden kann. Unterwegs sehe ich dann nicht nur die aktuelle Tour, sondern auch wo ich zuvor schon war oder gerne noch hin möchte. Das eröffnet ganz neue Möglichkeiten. Leider ist der Funktionsumfang eher rudimentär und bei weitem nicht so groß wie in der Locus map Android App. Aktuell habe ich deswegen mein Probeabo wieder gekündigt. Wenn die App weiterentwickelt ist und mehr Funktionen zur Verfügung stehen, komme ich gerne wieder.

Ein paar Macken hat die App noch aber wir sind damit in Nepal bis zum Everest Base Camp gewandert und auch auf unserer einjährigen Weltreise hat sie uns wirklich öfters tolle Dienste geleistet wo andere Karten Apps nicht funktioniert haben.Das herunterladen der offline Karten ist super! Hier würd ich mir nur sehr eine Suchfunktion oder eine Kategoriesierung der Regionen wünschen - ich suche ewig nach den Bereichen die ich benötige. Danke für eure Arbeit! Wir nutzen die App sehr gern überall auf der Welt!

Ja, es ist nur ein aufregender Anfang und die App wird nicht für „jeden“ geeignet sein. Wenn Sie persönlich keinen Nutzen in der aktuellen Version finden, geben Sie der App bitte eine Chance in den kommenden Monaten, wenn wir neue Funktionen hinzufügen :)
