Description
StageMix is an application for the Apple iPad that provides remote control of Yamaha M7CL digital mixing console functions via a simple, intuitive graphical interface from anywhere within wireless range. The software has been specifically designed to allow engineers to adjust monitor mixes from the performers’ positions on stage, directly controlling mix parameters via the iPad rather than having to rely on verbal directions to a second engineer. The result is better mixes in less time; a huge advantage during high-pressure pre-show setup. Although StageMix is focused on the requirements for adjusting monitor mixes on stage, its range of features is continually expanding, allowing it to be used for a wider variety of remote control functions.

Tolles Programm. Endlich eine vernünftige Fernbedienung für das M7CL. Für mich als Techniker einer Galaband das Tool schlechthin. Wünschenswert wäre noch die Integration der DCA's und der Stereo und Monomastersektion. Eine tolle Lösung für Galaveranstaltungen bei denen kein FOH gestellt werden kann.
Soweit So gut...
Die Remote funktioniert flüssig und ohne spürbare Latenz. Ich möchte schon jetzt nicht mehr auf sie verzichten müssen.
Aber sie bietet natürlich Potential für noch viel mehr wichtige Funktionen.
So wäre der Zugriff auf die User Defined Keys wirklich sehr hilfreich. Ebenso die Einstellung des Panoramas im Kanal sollte noch zeitnah eingefügt werden.
Ich würde es mir sehr wünschen, dass Yamaha an dieser App arbeitet. Damit könnte eine neue Ära des Live-Mischens beginnen.
paar wichtige sachen,die fehlen
Ist ja ganz schick, aber gibt es auch irgendwann so etwas wie einen channel view für dynamikbearbeitung usw.? Die DCA's sind leider auch nicht vorhanden,
ich hoffe es gibt irgendwann updates, auch für ls9
