Easily manage and send email to groups from the app, share documents to groups directly from other apps, or forward email to a group.

Try MailShot for free with up to three groups, of up to five people in each. A simple in-app upgrade unlocks the ability to create up to 100 different groups of 100 or more contacts (Limits depend on your email provider.)

Create groups in many ways: add from Contacts, import an address book group, enter addresses directly, or paste strings of names and addresses.

MailShot creates its own groups, which can do several things which regular address book groups cannot...
• Contacts can use different email addresses for each group. (Add work address to a work-related group, and home address to a sports group etc.)
• Contacts do not need to be present in your address book.

TIPS
• Protect privacy by placing addresses in the Bcc: line.
• To forward an email (with attachments), “Copy to clipboard" then paste to the address line in your Mail app.

An optional plugin is now available to verify the email domains for a group, a common reason that group emails can be rejected by your email provider. It will also test domains on any new addresses that you add.

Das universellste Gruppenemailprogramm

MailShot kann man anders als alle anderen Gruppenemailprogramme auch einsetzen, um eine email an eine mit mailshot erstellte Gruppe weiterzuleiten. Ich lade damit sogar Gruppen zu Terminen ein, indem ich den Namen der MailShot Gruppe in der Kalenderapp bei einer Besprechung bei Teilnehmer eintrage. Es werden dann tatsächlich alle Teilnehmer korrekt eingeladen. Mit anderen Programmen kann man das nicht. Ich selbst muss häufig emails an Gruppen weiterleiten, das geht nur hiermit.
Man muss lediglich darauf achten, die Gruppe im Adressfeld immer über das blaue Plus neben dem Adressfeld hinzuzufügen. Tippt man den Namen der Gruppe ein und wählt dann aus der Autovervollständigen Liste aus, wird manchmal nur eine mail verschickt, nicht alle. Dies wird auch in den FAQs beschrieben und läßt sich wohl nicht ändern. Das muss man beherzigen, dann ist das Programm Perfekt, Gold wert, unverzichtbar für mich!

Schnell, einfach und hilfreich

Erstellt schnell und einfach eine Gruppe und befüllt diese mit den gewünschten Mailadressen. Das ist eine große Arbeitserleichterung.
Wünschenswert wäre, direkt aus der Adressauswahl den Kontakt bei Bedarf bearbeiten zu können. Aber das ist nur eine Anregung zu der guten und übersichtlichen App.
