Easily manage and send email to groups from the app, or share documents directly to groups from other apps, or forward email to a group.

This version of our popular app will create up to 100 groups, each with typically 100 contacts. (Limits depend on your email provider.)

Create groups in many ways: add from Contacts, import an address book group, enter addresses directly, or paste strings of names and addresses.

MailShot creates its own groups, which can do several things which regular address book groups cannot...
• Contacts can use different email addresses for each group. (Add work address to a work-related group, and home address to a sports group etc.)
• Contacts do not need to be present in your address book.

An optional plugin is available to check all the email domains for the addresses in a group, as an error there is a common cause of group email problems. It will also check any new addresses you add.

TIPS
• Protect privacy by placing addresses in the Bcc: line.
• To forward an email (with attachments), “Copy to clipboard" then paste to the address line in your Mail app.

An optional plugin is now available to verify the email domains for a group, a common reason that group emails can be rejected by your email provider. It will also test domains on any new addresses that you add.

Bei mir funktioniert es nicht

Ich benutze das Programm seit einiger Zeit, um Newsletter zu versenden.
Ich habe zwei Gruppen angelegt und daraus wurden Kontakte für die jeweiligen Gruppen erstellt. Erst jetzt hat mir mal einer meiner Kunden mitgeteilt, dass er nie etwas erhält... Das ist sehr ärgerlich...

sehr gutes Konzept

Adresslisten werden innerhalb des Programms komfortabel verwaltet. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten des Imports von Adressen, auch Cut-and-Paste. Listen können kombiniert werden, einzelne Adressen von einem bestimmte Mailing ausgenommen werden, etc.. Alles ist klar und übersichtlich zu handhaben. Und dann kommt der Trick: Für die gewählte Liste erstellt das Programm im Adressbuch vom iPhone/IPad einen neuen Gruppeneintrag der alle Emailadressen diese Liste enthält. Damit kann dann JEDES Programm das Emails versenden kann arbeiten, denn der Gruppeneintrag kann im Von:, Kopie: oder Bcc: Feld benutzt werden. Genial!

Macht genau das was ich wollte, nämlich Verteiler erstellen!
Diese werden dann in die Kontakte als Gruppe eingetragen und wie ein normaler Eintrag behandelt. Nur das Editieren dieser Gruppe erfolgt durch MailShot.
Toll wäre es, wenn die Änderungen eines Namens in den Kontakten auch noch im MailShot gleich übernommen werden könnten.
Vier Punkte, auch wenn es für die fehlende Funktion von Apple mit 2,99€ recht teuer geraten ist.
