MaxHeight predicts your adult height in about 60 seconds. Answer a few questions — your height, your parents' heights, where you are in puberty — and get your predicted adult height with its likely range. No photos, no guessing: the prediction blends up to four established pediatric methods, built on CDC growth data.
Then do something about it. MaxHeight turns your prediction into a daily plan:
• YOUR PREDICTION — predicted adult height, your likely range, and how you compare with people your age right now.
• A PLAN FOR EVERY DAY — a 365-day exercise plan that follows the WHO and US physical-activity guidelines for teens: impact and strength on build days, mobility and posture in between. Every move is illustrated.
• EAT FOR GROWTH — daily calorie, protein, calcium and vitamin D targets from official US references (NASEM, USDA). Photograph a meal or describe it in words; foods the app doesn't know are looked up in the USDA reference database, and anything estimated is marked so you can correct it.
• ASK THE COACH — a growth coach that answers your questions and can look at a plate of food, your posture, or an exercise position.
• COMMUNITY — ask a question, share progress, and hear from people your age. Text only, every post checked, 13 and up.
• TRACK IT — log your height as you grow. Your real measurements sharpen the prediction over time.
• STAY ON IT — streaks, achievements, and an optional daily reminder.
Where our numbers come from: every figure in MaxHeight traces to published science — CDC growth charts, NASEM dietary references, USDA food data, WHO activity guidelines. The methodology screen shows exactly which, so you can check for yourself.
