When you sign up for Miactive you will be asked to complete a short quiz, after which a personalized program will be generated based on your goals. Nutritious Meal Plans - Custom, delicious, dietitian-approved menus. Progress Tracking - Celebrate every milestone with in-depth stats and achievements. Supportive Community - Walk (or sprint) alongside fellow health enthusiasts. Expert Guidance - Tips and tricks from fitness gurus to keep you motivated. Join our team of expert coaches who will guide you on your journey with Miactive. Our app has hundreds of programs across workouts, nutrition, mindfulness, and mobility. All new members will have access to a 7 day free trial. Our workouts are available across different levels for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. Training styles include: - HIIT (High-intensity interval training) - Bodyweight - Strength Training - Functional Fitness - Yoga - Pilates - Cardio - Mobility - Suspension Straps You can follow your personalized program or choose any workout on demand. Our programs are designed around you, whether you want to use no equipment or machines or if you’re short on time, there is always a workout for you. Miactive features include: - Personalized programs based on your goals - Hundreds of workouts including descriptions and video demonstrations - Audio cues as you workout - Progress tracking to monitor how your plan is going - Nutrition guidance and planner to prepare your meals, tailored to you - Access to our supportive community - Meditation and sleep stories sessions available on demand - Physio hub to help prevent injuries and assist with your rehab - 24/7 Support The Miactive app is free for download but requires an active subscription, offered both monthly and yearly. New subscribers selecting the monthly option receive a trial period free of charge. Annual subscriptions are paid in full upon purchase, while monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Upon confirming your purchase, your credit card will be charged via your iTunes account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends, and renewals will not see a price increase. Subscription management and the option to disable auto-renewal are available in your iTunes Account Settings following your purchase. Please note, refunds are not available for any unused portions of the subscription once purchased.
