MindGlitter is a calm, science-first regulation tool for neurodivergent brains. When hyperfocus takes over, your body turns down its cues for hunger, thirst and rest — and hours later the crash hits. MindGlitter is the external nudge your brain isn't giving you. THE REGULATION RESERVE Three gentle channels — hydration, fuel and rest — fold into one simple reserve that shows when you're steady and when it's time to top up, before a spiral starts. It's an estimate from what you log, never a medical measurement. THE 3-BIN SNACK METHOD Pick one protein, one carb and one healthy fat to steady your energy without the decision fatigue. STATIONS & MAINTENANCE Set up hydration and snack stations, then keep them stocked with simple restock reminders — so the fuel is already there before you need it. VOICE NUDGES IN YOUR OWN VOICE Record calm spoken reminders that cut through hyperfocus where buzzers get ignored. LOW-SENSORY BY DESIGN Soft colors, slow motion and plain language. Nothing ever reads as alarm. MINDGLITTER PRO (optional subscription) Unlock spoken voice nudges, focus-session interventions, maintenance calendars, unlimited stations, the full multi-day insights and grocery export. - $9.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in Settings MindGlitter is a wellness and self-management tool, not medical advice. Bewertungen & Rezensionen

  • Diese App hat noch nicht genügend Bewertungen oder Rezensionen erhalten, um eine Übersicht anzuzeigen.

Fixes a bug that could reset the app. Your logs, stations, groceries and settings now stay exactly where you left them when you close and reopen MindGlitter. Also in this update: subscription prices now always show in your own currency, and the Pro screen no longer offers a plan it can't complete when the App Store can't be reached.
