We’ve developed a smarter app with new content, more functionality, and the possibility of getting advice and recommendations, via video and chat, from Katarina Woxnerud and her team, to increase your confidence about getting started with your exercise after your pregnancy.

• Video-based exercise and rehabilitation programs of the abdomen, pelvic floor, and breathing, with audio coaching to ensure that you always perform the exercises in the best possible way

• Information about your exercise and the mother's body, etc
• Recurring questionnaires to keep track of your health and recovery

• Exercise description in text for those who want more information
• Option to favourite exercises and create your own session

EXERCISE PROGRAMS
In the app, you have access to three proven programs with different focuses:
• MammaMage, seven levels, from easier exercises to more challenging exercise
• Pelvic floor and breathing, with a focus on strength and relaxation in the pelvic floor, combined with breathing exercises and mobility in the hip joints
• MammaStrength, exercises that strengthen the seat, back, legs, shoulders, and more, using yout body weight or light rubber bands
ADVICE AND SUPPORT FROM EXPERTS
In the app, you have the option of buying advice from experts in women's health via chat or video call.
