Bad usability

When you lock your phone, you have to start the audio guide everytime from the beginning. It’s not remembering the position where you stopped. Palazzo Ducale.
Besides the app: the overall experience was not good as well. When you come as tourist, then pay to use your own phone, not actively offering free WiFi for the huge app and audio guide download and also not offering headphones… I am really disappointed.

Audioguide not running stable

We used the audioguide for the Palazzo Ducale. The information provided had been excellent but the stability of the app is a desaster. I had to restart every explanation minimum 2-3 times.

Poorly designed

The idea of your Audio guide on your phone is a very nice idea. However, the design is terrible. It’s laggy, the voices are very cheap robotic/AI voices. The App never remembers where you stopped last once your left the app (for example taking a picture) The guide has potential but went completely past their potential.
