In this app you can manage multiple playlists by providing their URL, a local M3U file or your Xtream codes. Your channels will be organized in groups provided in the playlists you import.
All kinds of video content - live streams and VOD - can be rendered by the app supporting video codecs such as h264, h265, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and audio codecs ranging from M2P, MP3, AAC to Dolby Digital Plus and Doby Atmos. MKV files with multiple audio tracks and subtitles are also supported.
The app can also provide EPG information related to the live channels of your playlist provided that an URL EPG is specified either in the M3UEXT playlist or separately. If provided, this URL will be used to refresh program contents at a given time interval (6, 12, 24 hours).
Other features of the app include :
- Managing a Favorites group,
- Casting a stream to any compatible device (Chromecast v3, Google TV, Compatible TV).
However, keep in mind that even if the app is capable of reading almost any kind of content your chomecast compatible device may not be able to read all the video and audio codecs in the stream you're sending.
- Airplay to compatible devices. Please note that audio and video will only play on target devices if the device is able to read the corresponding codecs.
Warnings :
The app does not provide any streaming content. You need to bring your own playlist (BYOP).
It is highly recommended that the channels in your playlist be accessible over HTTPS. Otherwise the application will not be able to render them and you will get a streaming error.
This version introduces Xtream Codes playlist import in the app.
It also brings the possibility to remove the ads of the app (the free version keeps all the features) by an in-app purchase.
It also allows you to view and scroll your playlists in Gallery mode for a better view of movie playlists and scrolling through the movies' posters.
It also implements cache for images used in logos and posters in order to reduce the network traffic and offer a better user experience.
