Pibo turns your voice into a structured to-do list. Open the app, speak whatever's on your mind, and AI organizes it into tasks with categories, due dates, durations, and priorities — ready to approve in one tap. Most to-do apps make you type. Pibo doesn't. — SPEAK YOUR LIST — Hit the mic, talk like you'd text a friend, and watch your brain dump become a clean list. "Call the dentist tomorrow at 10, grab Bennie's food, finish the German Daily campaign by Friday" — three tasks, three categories, three due dates. Edit before saving if you want. — WORKS ON THE GO — Add a Pibo widget to your Lock Screen and capture a task without unlocking your phone. The recording is processed automatically the next time you open the app. Nothing gets lost. — AUTO-SCHEDULE INTO YOUR FREE TIME (Pro) — Pibo reads your calendar, finds the gaps in your day, and slots your open tasks into them — respecting your working hours and the gap you want between things. Approve the proposed schedule with one tap and the events land in your calendar. — EVERYTHING ELSE — • Categories: Work, Personal, Errands, Health, Finance, Other • Recurring tasks: daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly • Subtasks with their own due dates and reminders • Two-way Apple Calendar sync (Pro) • Multi-device sync (Pro) • Beautiful Today widget for your Home Screen • Dark mode — FREE & PRO — Free: 1 voice capture per day, unlimited manual tasks. Pibo Pro: unlimited voice, auto-schedule, calendar sync, multi-device sync. €4.99/month or €39.99/year (save 33%). 7-day free trial on annual. Privacy: Pibo never stores your voice. Audio is processed and discarded — only the parsed text reaches the app. Speak it. Done.
