PicTweak is a photo editor for iOS that helps you edit and enhance your photos with a range of tools and optional AI-powered effects. You can import photos from your camera or photo library, apply adjustments and creative effects, then save your work to the app gallery or to your device. On the home screen you will find a carousel of tips and shortcuts, plus a clear path to import a photo. Once a photo is loaded, you can edit it right on the same page. The editor includes Adjust for brightness, contrast, and saturation so you can improve exposure and color. The Text tool lets you add custom text with different styles; the Sticker tool adds decorative stickers; and the Frames tool applies border and frame styles such as thin, medium, thick, rounded, and polaroid-style borders. Crop supports common aspect ratios including 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, and 9:16 for social and story formats. The Draw tool lets you add freehand lines and doodles on your image. You can undo and redo your edits and save the result to the in-app gallery. Some text, sticker, and frame effects are powered by an optional online AI service. When you choose one of these effects, the app may send your image and the chosen style to a server to generate the result. This feature requires an internet connection. Other editing, such as Adjust, Crop, and Draw, is done entirely on your device. Your saved edits appear in the Records section in a waterfall-style gallery. Tapping an item opens a detail view where you can save the image to your device photo library or delete it from the app. The app requests access to your photo library only when you choose to save a photo to the album or when you pick a photo to edit; you can still use the editor and share results without granting full library access if you prefer. The app includes a Store section where you can manage in-app purchases and subscriptions that unlock additional content or features. Restore purchases and subscription management are available from the Store and from your device settings. The Settings screen lets you switch between light and dark appearance, open the privacy policy and terms, send feedback or report issues, and view app version and information in About. Privacy and data use are described in the in-app privacy policy. The app uses the camera and photo library for taking and selecting photos and for saving edited images when you choose to save to Photos. It does not use the camera or any other sensor to collect, store, or process face or facial recognition data. No biometric or face data is gathered for identification, analysis, or any other purpose. If you use AI-powered effects, the images you submit for those effects are processed according to the privacy policy and the terms of the AI service; the app itself does not collect or retain face-specific information. PicTweak is designed to run well on iPhone with native iOS interfaces and supports both light and dark appearance. For the best experience with AI effects, a stable internet connection is recommended. Export and sharing use the system share sheet to save to Photos or share with other apps. The editor keeps a history of your steps so you can go back and try different choices; saving stores the final image in the app gallery so you can open it later from Records or export to your device. The app uses a simple tab layout: Home for editing, Records for saved work, Store for purchases and subscriptions, and Settings for appearance and legal links.
