What's new in 1.0.3 • Friend avatars: see their profile photo on the leaderboard, in search and in suggestions • Progress photos: choose public or private when you upload — accepted friends see your public ones on your profile • Tap any friend photo to open it fullscreen — swipe between photos, pinch to zoom, double-tap for 2× • Friend profile now shows "Last online" instead of last workout, so you can see who's actually around • New "Blocked users" list in Settings — see who you blocked and unblock with one tap • Block flow polished: blocked users can no longer send you new friend requests • Smarter notifications: nudges after 3 and 7 days off, Sunday-evening week recap, and a heads-up when a friend pulls ahead of you in reps • Notification permission now asked during onboarding, so streak warnings work from day one • Improved Dutch translations across the app • Bug fix: "Manage blocked apps" now reliably shows the strict-mode removal popup

What's new in 1.0.2 NEW — Free Roam mode Push until you can't. Each rep buys 6 minutes of unlock time and the session auto-stops 5 seconds after your last rep. Tap "Free Roam" in the difficulty picker on the Ready screen. NEW — Anti-cheat auto-stop on every mode If you pause for more than a couple of seconds the session ends. No more sneaking a 60-minute unlock out of a single push-up. NEW — Buy XP packs on the Dashboard Three tiers (Snack / Refill / Power) right next to Buy Time so you can top up without hunting through the paywall. NEW — Edit your daily calorie goal in Settings Override the auto-calculated value or reset back to it any time. NEW — Live username search Start typing in the friend search and matches show up instantly. The button tells you the relationship — Add, Pending, Friend, or "Accept below". NEW — Sent challenges visible The Friends tab now shows every challenge you've sent with its current status: Pending, Accepted, Done, Claimed or Declined. Bug fixes • Apps stayed unlocked after cancelling the Premium upgrade prompt — fixed. • XP no longer comes back after force-quitting the app. • Sending a duplicate friend request now shows "Pending" instead of a "Missing or insufficient permissions" error. • Inactivity auto-stop actually triggers now (the previous build's timer was being reset on every rep). • Real app icons show up in the Blocked Apps card. • Sit-ups removed; squats no longer marked beta. • Manage Subscription button + Buy XP entry surfaced everywhere they should be. • Privacy Policy + Terms of Service links now point to the right site. • In-app Language picker (System / English / Nederlands) with Dutch translations for most of the interface. • Dashboard polish: gradient stats card, lock-status card, current challenge with exercise illustration.
