ReceiptFox turns paper receipts into an organized receipt vault in seconds. Scan a receipt (or import from Photos), confirm the details, and keep everything searchable—so you can stay on top of spending, taxes, reimbursements, warranties, and returns.

• AI Receipt Scanning
Snap a photo or import from Photos. ReceiptFox extracts merchant, date, total, tax, tip, category (and line items when legible), with a quick review step—no manual entry.
• Track Returns (Countdown Reminders)
Tap “I might return this” to save it to your Returns list and see countdown reminders before return windows expire (for example, “1 day left”)—so you don’t miss refunds.
• Receipt Vault + Folders
Everything is private by default in My Receipts. Create folders for Taxes, Groceries, Travel, Warranties, Client Meals—anything. iCloud sync is optional, with a reliable local mode when you’re signed out.
• Exports + Share (PDF / CSV)
Export a 7-day PDF for free. Pro unlocks 30-day + All exports and CSV for taxes, reimbursements, and bookkeeping. Share in one tap using Apple’s Share Sheet (Mail, Messages, Files, Drive, etc.).
• Spending Pulse Reports
See spending for the last 7 days, 30 days, or All time, including top categories and comparisons vs. the prior period.
• Privacy First
Your receipts are stored on your device by default. iCloud sharing is optional. When you choose AI extraction, the receipt image is sent to Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic to return structured fields.
