Description
Rennergy APP 2.0. The innovative mobile remote control for your boiler.
With the new APP from Rennergy you can easily and quickly make changes to your heating system or call up information around the clock.
Information:
The system overview gives you an overview of your entire boiler setup. For example, the operating status of the boiler, the accumulator, the heating circuits and their temperatures are displayed. In addition, the overview of the solar system and the heat meter are displayed if they are available.
In the detailed views you can see additional information about temperatures and the pump status.
The diagram gives you an overview of the development of various temperature profiles.
Change:
You can easily switch heating circuits on and off or reduce them, change heating times, change heating temperatures and activate the holiday mode.
Of course, there is also the option of adjusting important parameters for hot water preparation.
For the accumulator or the Hot Water Tank, there is additionally a function for “one-time loading”.
Notifications:
Important information is immediately sent to your mobile device via push notification or email, so you are able to know the status of your heating system at all times.
You can also have this information sent to other people.

- The operating times for an existing domestic hot water circulation pump can be set
- If external heat is existing, a widget with temperature and status is displayed
- For the wood log boiler, there is a safety check before the ignition is activated
- App users can now be informed about an update of the app or boiler software.

Ratings and Reviews
Nach Iphonewechsel kein anmelden möglich
Grundsätzlich finde ich die App gut. Einfach gehalten und übersichtlich. Leider kann ich mich nicht mehr anrufen nachdem ich ein neues iPhone habe. Wenn ich mich anmelde wird unter dem Menüpunkt „Meine Anlagen“ meine Heizung nicht aufgeführt. Ein registrieren mit dem systemcode und IGW Seriennummer ist nicht möglich. Bekommt dann die Meldung dass eine Registrierung mit diesen Daten nicht möglich ist. Leider hat bei Rennergy niemand auf meine Mail reagiert.
Für Scheitholzkessel leider ein Rückschritt
Eigentlich ist die neue App nicht schlecht, auch wenn die meisten Verbesserung optisch sind.
Aber für Nutzer eines Scheitholzkessel ist die App ein richtiger Rückschritt da im Vergleich zur alten App nicht mehr angezeigt wird ob der Kessel bestückt ist und auf Zündung warten steht. Und genau das ist mit die wichtigste Funktion für die die App gedacht sein sollte.
Top-Service
Kaum waren das Internet-Gateway und die App installiert, zeigte sich, dass die Fernsteuerung nicht funktioniert. Kurze Mail am Abend und am nächsten Vormittag die Info: Die Heizungssoftware musste aktualisiert werden. Das hat das App-Team aber gleich schon mit der nun möglichen Fernwartung erledigt, so dass nun alles funktionierte! Top- Service!!!
