Bug fix: Fixed "Add to calendar" feature on individual events.

Bug fix: When tapping messages from the home feed, the detail rendered a blank white screen. This issue has been resolved.

Fixed the image display on both the feed and notifications tab for all messages.

Fixed daylight savings time offset issue that was seen in some areas of the app.

This is an optional setting for schools to disallow contact info editing in SchoolNow.
