Gute App aber schwierig zu bedienen

Die App an sich hat sehr viele coole und nutzlose Funktionen die nützlich sind, aber für einen ungeübten Nutzer sehr schwierig zu verstehen sind. Gerade weil viele Funktionen nur auf Englischer Sprache sind führt dies schnell zur Verwirrung. Für mich aber 5/5 Sterne, läuft alles einwandfrei.

Super App. Hatte Probleme beim Account anmelden. Mail geschrieben und nach 20 Minuten eine Antwort bekommen. Es lag am Serverupdate, das zufällig genau dann gemacht wurde als ich mich einloggen wollte. Beim setup hab ich auch nicht so durchgesehen. Aber Scott Dumas hat ein sehr gut erklärtes YouTube Video gemacht. Die Leuchte ohne App ist schon geil. Aber mit App hat man unendliche Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank.

Was ist das denn für eine Schrott App. Wie kann man als Hersteller nur diese geschlossene Lösung anbieten und die dann auch noch so schlecht bauen. Integrationen woanders sind fast unmöglich Und was muss ich machen um hier einen Account zu eröffnen ? Ist das ein Schwerz - für ein professionelles Unternehmen unwürdig !!!
