Enhancing deep sleep

Verbindung mit App geht nicht
Ich habe diesen Wecker für sehr viel Geld gekauft und ich kann es nicht hinbekommen dass sich die App den Wecker erkennt. Ich habe den Wecker direkt neben den Router gestellt, Ich habe versucht ihn zurück zu setzen was auch nicht ging. Ich überlege ihn zurück zu geben.
Nachtrag: Ich habe alles versucht was mir vorgeschlagen wurde und die App auch auf dem iPad installiert und versucht sie mit dem Gerät zu koppeln. Immer das gleiche das Gerät ist mit wifi verbunden aber die Kopplung mit der App funktioniert nicht. Vielleicht ist auch einfach das Gerät defekt. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, natürlich kann ich es auch ohne App betreiben aber dann hätte ich auch gleich die Version ohne App nehmen können und weniger bezahlen können.
Nachtrag 2: es lag an meinem Router, er war wohl zu alt.

Nach zwei Wochen geht nichts mehr
Update: ein paar Tage später ging es wieder, jetzt läuft alles wieder problemlos!
Erste Einrichtung und ca zwei Wochen Nutzung problemlos, seit heute lässt sich die App plötzlich nicht mehr öffnen, manchmal wird „Keine Internetverbindung“ als Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Nochmal neu installiert, gleiches Problem. Internet ist vorhanden und es wurde nichts verändert...
