Know where to fly — and what the air is doing when you get there. Spedmo is a paragliding companion built around what pilots actually check before heading to launch: live conditions at your local sites, a worldwide map of launches, and live tracking once you are in the air. CHECK CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU DRIVE • Real-time readings from weather stations at your local sites • Soaring predictions and thermal forecasts • Week and weekend outlooks, for planning around the weather • Site alerts that tell you when your saved sites come good • At-a-glance flyable markers, so you can triage a whole list in seconds FIND SOMEWHERE TO FLY • Thousands of flying sites worldwide on a single map • Site guides with launch and landing detail • Clubs and schools near you • Add or correct a site — the guide is maintained by pilots TRACK AND ANALYSE • Live tracking, including InReach, SPOT and LiveTrack24 • 3D flight playback • In-depth post-flight analysis • A personal flight log • Create your own XC contests and compare progress with other pilots STAY CURRENT Paragliding news from around the world, plus free magazines to read in the app. FREE, AND USABLE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Browse sites, weather, news and live tracking without signing up. Back navigation is here. • Added a back button and a swipe-back gesture, so you can return to the previous page instead of starting again from the menu — the change most asked for in your reviews. • Rebuilt on a current platform for the latest iOS, with faster startup and a new launch screen. • Fixed weather and live tracking panels that could come up empty. • Location now works correctly on iOS for nearby sites and local weather. • Various stability and reliability fixes.
