Spoutible ist so ein schöner Ort, an dem es viele richtig gute, nette Leute gibt. Die App entwickelt sich jeden Tag weiter. Das Team ist echt hinterher! Eine große Empfehlung.

I really do love this social network. A true Twitter competitor. No hate, no trolling, no bots

started off very well, but now really stagnating. Engagement is down and development teams think adding new features will turn things around. Most of these features are forced down without any consideration of what the users really want. (i mean- Chatgpt doing summaries of threats!?) This is a very prime example of feature creep. The site is stagnating and without a proper strategy to get a more global and diverse audience I dont see things improving.

There was a lot of hype behind this app but in hindsight, that’s all it was. The first few weeks were okay especially not having trolls. But the engagement was low, and the features they were adding weren’t enough to keep me. And no, I’m not interested in ChatGPT providing a summary of a thread. It’s good but dear lord, are we truly that lazy to read a thread? And, there’s been no app update of late even though Apple has updated its OS. Not a good look.
